Description:
General description In the course of the renovation, conversion and expansion of the Otto Steiner School with a curative education day care center and gymnasium, the outdoor facilities with breaking areas, play areas, sports areas and parking lot should also be rebuilt. Due to not completed, orA lack of services, and to remedy defects, the work on the remaining construction measures is formulated and advertised in the course of a new advertisement. The school and the day care center have been in operation since spring 2023. A large part of the areas are completed and areused. The delivery of required materials must be delivered via completed areas of the outdoor facilities. The measure is divided into two areas due to the height situation and access options. The northern area consisting of a courtyard (with access option), the sports areas in theWest, the marginal areas around the gym as well as the fire brigade access and parking lot. The second, southern area included the south-east of deep yard with theatron/ classroom outdoors and play equipment (level UG), as well as a break area in the south-west and main entrance square. The school is about theRainfarnstrasse opened. In the middle is the footrest access to the main entrance place. This is also used as a fire brigade access.
