The AOK Lower Saxony intends the named contracts on the care of the insuredwith aids (PG01, 02, 05, 05, 10, 14, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23, 25, 29, 30) in accordance with Section 126 (1b) SGB V with regard to the usual and non -pharmacy aids to revise and re -conclude (negotiating contract according to Section 127 (2) SGB V). The nature of theProducts and services can be found in the product description of the list of aids according to § 139 SGB V. The AOK Lower Saxony is ready to conduct contract negotiations with any interested parties and prequalified in accordance with Section 126 (1) sentence 2 SGB V. The contractdoes not include a claim to the implementation of a certain number of care from the legally insured or no specific amount of delivery.
