Description:
The subject of this tender are divided into building services in the housing stock as well as services in open spaces of the housing industry Frankfurt (OR) GmbH into two partialless ones. An offer per bidder is only permitted for one lot (lot 1 or lot 2). Gives a bidder offers for both Loose, so the awarding authority will not take into account any of these offers!
The procurement agency has two economically equivalent partial ones created (lot 1 and lot 2) and thus divided the building and open space stock of the housing industry Frankfurt (Oder) GmbH. To the services at the Lose includes: 1. Complex housekeeping, in particular cleaning and other services in and on the building as well as on land as well as on properties, areas and open spaces, 2nd administrative services, 3rd maintenance/repair services, 4. Annia service. Details on the performance components can be removed from the attached tender documents for Los 1 in Part B and Los 2 in part C including contractual conditions, performance descriptions and measurements.
