- The public client is the Duesseldorf art academy, Eiskellerstrasse 1, 40213 Duesseldorf (hereinafter referred to as "client"). The present tender of the Duesseldorf Art Academy is in its own name and on behalf of the Muenster Art Academy, Leonardo Campus 2, 48149 Muenster and of the art college for media Cologne, Peter-Welter-Platz 2, 50676 Cologne. The subject of the procurement is an EVB-IT framework agreement on the achievements of the joint project management for the introduction of the Hisinone at the art academy in Muenster, the art academy in Duesseldorf and the art college for media Cologne according to the closer statement of the service description. The framework agreement begins with the awarding of the contract and ends on December 31, 2025. The framework agreement is extended up to 3 times each time 12 months on the same conditions if it does not end with a period of 6 months is terminated by the client. However, it ends at the latest on December 31, 2028 (maximum duration) without a termination. The prospect of order volume is 160 personal days in relation to the entire term of the framework agreement, including all the intended Extension options. There is no minimum acceptance of the client. For all individual orders based on this framework agreement, a binding maximum cable border of 215 personal days applies, based on the entire term of the framework agreement including all intended extension options. The maximum cable border refers to all payments by the client to the contractor, including the fee. The client is not obliged to order orders within the meaning of this framework agreement under the To award the framework agreement (see Recommendation No. 61 of Directive 2014/24/EU).
