• Description:
• The Unteres Kochertal water supply association is planning the overall construction project for the combined solution for the drinking water supply in Neuestadt a.K.-Hardthausen a.K.-Langenbrettach. This is divided into seven functional sections. They include all measures to all available raw water from the municipalities of Neuenstadt a.K., Hardthausen a.K. and Langenbrettach to the central waterworks, to treat the water there and from there to pump it back to the central elevated tanks. Also included are intermediate structures, conversions to existing systems and a communication network. Functional section 1 includes the construction of the new central water treatment plant east of the municipality of Brettach at the existing HB Hundfuß elevated tank including the first Connection lines and disposal lines. Functional section 1 is divided into different lots. Lot 1 deals with the construction of the transformer station. Lot 2 describes the civil engineering and water pipeline construction work and disposal lines. Lot 3 describes the raw materials and Civil engineering work for the buildings. Lots 2 and 3 are closely intertwined. This list of services describes lot 3: shell and civil engineering work for the buildings. At the start of the line construction work in Lot 2, there was neither construction electricity nor construction water available. A transformer station for building power supply will be set up around week 45/20269. The construction work is scheduled to begin at the beginning of 2027. The wall ducts should also be concreted in.
