• Description:
• The local community of Lieser intends to carry out a comprehensive energy-saving renovation of the gymnasium in Lieser. The planning services required for this should be procured. The single-field gymnasium, built in 1984, is partly made of concrete and partly made of masonry from a main building with a gable roof. Adjoining this to the south is a single-storey building with a flat roof, which houses the equipment room. To the east, the adjoining rooms adjoin the hall structure. To the south it adjoins the adjoining rooms another building in which the rehearsal room of the local music club is located. Some of the buildings have a basement. The entire building is to be renovated to improve energy efficiency both inside and out. Comprehensive insulation is required Ceilings and facades are planned, as well as a complete overhaul of the heating and ventilation technology. A renovation of the entire supply and wastewater technology, as well as the electrical installation and lighting is also planned.
