• Description:
• Provision of services for the implementation of the project “Water volume management along Schwarzwasser and Wiehe” in the period from March 11, 2026 to September 30, 2028 on the basis of an existing, approved project application. It will be on it pointed out that the project application was created on behalf of the municipalities of Groß Oesingen and Ummern by a service provider who is also permitted to apply. The services are set out in the notice and in the attached project application detailed. The project area covers approximately 9,210 hectares, of which approximately 4,423 hectares are used for agriculture and approximately 3,247 hectares are used for forestry. Grassland is approximately 977 hectares. Those involved (both municipalities and the irrigation associations) are in the were included in the content development of the project application and support the project. Further information: a) Information on the approval and duration of the project: The allocation of funds and the conditions to be met are based on the “Directive on the granting of grants to support projects for the strategic realignment of water quantity management and the climate impact-oriented expansion of water supply and use infrastructures (Funding Directive on Climate Impact Adaptation for Water Management) according to the RdErl. d. MU Lower Saxony from February 2nd, 2022 -21-62625/01-0016, published in MBl. 13/2022. It includes the funding phases mentioned there in point 2.1.2. Funding applications for the funding phase point 2.1.3 (implementation of the concepts) have already been prepared and approved (see Annex 5 a-d).
