Description:
It is intended to complete a call frame agreement on consulting and support services to create a detailed concept for digitization with a consultant. Specifically, a comprehensive digitization concept for the administration of the Max Planck Institute for Astrophysics (MPA), the Max Planck Institute for Extraterrestrical Physics (MPE) and the Max Planck Computing and Data Facility (MPCDF) are created. This is intended to complete a complete inventory of the existing systems, processes and IT structures taking into account the strategy and requirements of the MPG as well include the RAH conditions of the public sector and the special requirements of the science and research area as well as an assessment and assessment of the digitization potential. Based on this, the development of measures to optimize and expand existing Systems take into account the various areas of the administration, as well as the design of a concept of a future-proof end-to-end digitization strategy, including the customer perspective.
