• With the Green-AI Hub for medium-sized businesses (www.green-ai-hub.de), the BMUKN has successfully launched a novel program for the use of the breakthrough innovation artificial intelligence (AI) to increase resource efficiency in medium-sized businesses in the Federal Republic of Germany developed and implemented. Since August 2022, 20 carefully selected projects have been completed directly in companies within a very short project time. In comparison to classic funding programs, this is done in individual sprints within Around six months, practice-oriented AI solutions were developed and implemented for and with companies in the German economy. As a result, these AI solutions are characterized by a high Technology Readiness Level (TRL), the publication of the solutions as open source and the development of Minimum Viable Products (MVP) to increase resource efficiency in companies.
