Description:
In close coordination with the client (AG), the contractor provides the following services: - Conception of the Citizens' Council in accordance with the requirements of the AG, - Selection and compilation of the field of participants in accordance with the specifications of the AG, - Selection and Briefing of the Experts and Mediation Relevant knowledge to the participating citizens, - moderation of the meetings of the citizens 'council and design of the advisory process, - preparation, implementation and follow -up of the meetings of the citizens' council including invitation of the participants, documentation and billing of individuals Services, moderation of meetings and support of the participants between the meetings of the citizens 'council, conception, editorial team and creation of a printable submission of the recommendations for action by the citizens' council, - invitation and participation management, technical support and moderation the opening and graduation event in the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia,- support of the AG with the press and public relations as well as internal evaluation of meetings and processes, including implementation, if necessary result.
