Description:
The subject of performance is a well -founded, strategically and technically sustainable fine concept for the migration of a total of 16 existing Microsoft 365 Tenants in a consolidated "detailed". The performance includes in particular the analysis of the starting point, the development of a target architecture, the derivation of a structured migration advantage and the development of a risk analysis. The aim is to create the prerequisites for later technical merging the tenants.
Conception services in the "ONETENANT" project
As part of a strategic IT project, the The client of the merging of currently 16 decentralized Microsoft 365 tenants of all public law state broadcasters into a joint one-tenant environment. As part of this procurement procedure, a service provider is sought, the conceptual Fundamentals for the future target state developed. The aim of the commissioned service is to create a modern, future-oriented overall concept based on a Greenfield approach and the implementation of a structured difference analysis with all the broadcasters involved. The Actual migration is not part of this procedure, but is addressed in a later award procedure.
