Lot 1: Catering for employees In the MUNV, catering for employees should be guaranteed. The number of MUNV employees is currently around 630 people, up to 60% of whom are allowed to work from home. A survey has shown that from Monday to Thursday between 177 and 271 employees would like lunch. This also includes employees who work from home and part-time. In addition, guests of the house are allowed to take part in the catering at no extra charge. At least Monday to Thursday is between 11:30 a.m. and To provide a warm meal at 2:00 p.m. When it comes to food, one meat, one vegetarian and one vegan option must be offered every day. The offer should include warm and cold non-alcoholic drinks. If possible, dishes should be organically certified Ingredients and with seasonal ingredients (according to the "Seasonal Fruit and Vegetable Calendar") are offered. The concessionaire is free to supplement your offer with the following or additional services: - lunch offer with cold dishes (e.g. quiche, baked goods, fruit, salads, etc.), - breakfast offer before 11:30 a.m. (e.g. sandwiches, small baked goods), - Meals on Fridays. According to point 3 of the guidelines for canteens at state offices (canteen guidelines), the food must meet nutritional requirements and should meet the DGE recommendations for correspond to company catering.
