Description:
The subject of this advertisement is the conclusion of a consulting contract for the selection of personnel for the commercial board position at the IOM. When filling a new commercial board position at the IOM, the search committee appointed is to be supported by an external personnel consultancythe. The aim of the support provided by the personnel consultancy is to select potential candidates in a targeted manner together with the search committee. This is initially done on the basis of the public job advertisement to be carried out (stage 1). A non-binding draft can be found as Ansituation regarding the tender. Only if no suitable candidate can be found in this first stage should the candidate search be intensified through active recruitment (stage 2); A separate order will be made for this. Furthermore, the personnel consulting should use position-appropriateand other instruments structure and accompany the selection process so that a high quality of the selection decision between the candidates is ensured with the greatest possible legal certainty (including with regard to the requirements of the AGG) and comparability.
