- Conclusion of an Enterprise Agreement contract with an authorized trading partner to continue/renew Microsoft licensing Conclusion of an Enterprise Agreement contract with an authorized trading partner to continue/renew the Microsoft licensing The KSV Sachsen is inviting tenders for the conclusion of an Enterprise Agreement with an authorized trading partner for the uninterrupted continuation/renewal of Microsoft licensing. KSV Sachsen has its IT infrastructure is licensed with products from the manufacturer Microsoft (MS) and is in possession of a valid Microsoft Enterprise Agreement concluded by joining the BMI framework agreement. The existing EA contract ends on April 30, 2027. Thus is a connection contract is required by May 1, 2027, which ensures a seamless transition of Software Assurance (SA) for the existing licenses as well as the procurement of new licenses including Software Assurance. The contract term for the EA contract is initially 36 months starting May 1, 2027. After the 36 months have expired, the EA contract can be extended once for another year. The service is advertised as a delivery order based on the terms and conditions contracts between the BMI and Microsoft.
