Description: Section 130a (8) of the Social Code Book V enables the health insurance companies (KK) and pharmaceutical companies to conclude framework discount agreements for the drugs to be dispensed at the expense of the statutory KK. According to Section 130a, Paragraph 8, Sentence 5 of the Social Security Code (SGBV), they work for their shareholder and customer accounts. With regard to the relevant legal regulations for the award of public contracts, a regular process of active substance-related, formal award procedures according to the regulations of the 4th part of the GWB takes place by GWQ ServicePlus AG. Until new drug discount agreements come into force, GWQ would like to conclude drug discount agreements with all interested pharmaceutical companies as part of the open-house process for preparations with the active ingredient epoetin beta (NeoRecormon®). The earliest contract start is November 1st, 2020.
