Description:
This OHV is not subject to public procurement law and has already been published with OJ EU 2023/S 079-237358 in the supplement to the EU Official Journal (first publication). The client has expanded the procurement requirements for this process and is giving up on this in accordance with its announcementSection II.2.4) of the initial announcement and Section A.I.4.1 of the Conditions of Participation hereby announced (follow-up announcement). The AOK BW intends to enter into non-exclusive discount agreements with all suitable pharmaceutical companies in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V for medicinal products with theConditions of Participation named active substances to close. The contract term for the active substances/combinations of active substances according to Section II.2.4) of the initial announcement begins on July 1, 2023 at the earliest and is a maximum of 24 months. The contract period begins for the active substances/combinations of active substances according to Ziff. II.2.4) of this follow-up notice no earlier than August 1, 2023 and is a maximum of 23 months.
