- The subject of this publication is the conclusion of agreements in accordance with Section 130 a Paragraph 8 SGB V on finished medicinal products with different active ingredients or combinations of active ingredients as part of a so-called "open house model" to ensure the economic viability of purchasing finished medicinal productstelephones as part of the Hessian consultation hour requirement (SSB). Joining or concluding a contract can take place at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations will not be carried out.
The earliest contract start date is April 1st, 2024. Based on this, the contract isTerm maximum 24 months. The contract ends on March 31, 2026, regardless of the start of the contract. If the AOK Hessen carries out a tender for exclusive contracts for the active ingredients in the form of an open procedure during the contract term, the contracts within the scope of this publicationContracts concluded publicly are terminated in accordance with the contractual regulations.
