§ 130a paragraph 8 SGB V enables the health insurance companies (KK) and pharmaceutical companies to conclude framework discount agreements for the drugs to be dispensed at the expense of the statutory KK. The GWQ is registered as a society for economy and quality at KK according to § 130a Abs. 8 S. 5 SGBV for their Ashareholder and customer checkouts. With regard to the relevant legal regulations for the award of public contracts, a regular process of active ingredient-related, formal award procedures takes place according to the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB by GWQ ServicePlus AG. untilWhen new drug discount agreements come into force, the GWQ would like to conclude drug discount agreements with all interested pharmaceutical companies as part of the open house procedure for the active ingredient epoetin zeta.
