Description:
The subject of this publication is the conclusion of agreements in accordance with Section 130 a Paragraph 8 SGB V on finished medicinal products with various active ingredients or combinations of active ingredients as part of a so-called "open-house model".
The accession or the conclusion of the contract can be made at any time and at the samecertain conditions. Individual contract negotiations will not be carried out.
The earliest contract start date is May 1st, 2023. Based on this, the contract term is a maximum of 24 months. The contract ends on April 30, 2025, regardless of the start of the contract.
Should the AOK HesIf, during the term of the contract for the active ingredients, the parties conduct a tender for exclusive contracts in the form of an open procedure, the contracts concluded under this publication will be terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions.
