- The subject of the framework agreement are main tests and simple building tests for engineering structures according to DIN 1076 in individual test packages divided into the following two lots: lot 1: bridges, noise barriers, supporting walls, tunnels and other engineering structures (without traffic sign) Lot 2: traffic sign bridges. It is intended to assign the performance described in the specifications by way of an open-house method. The framework agreement under the admission procedure shall enter into force for the first time as of 01.03.2022 and terminates subject to the contractual extension option on 29.02.2024. In order to meet the diversity of the potential contractual partners within the framework of the registration model, each company will allow the approval requirements to be made during the entire contract period of accession to the framework contract for the same conditions.
