Description:
The subject of the framework agreement are test engineer services according to the specifications of the service description.
The test engineer services are divided into the following service areas:
Service area 01: Solid construction
Service area 02: Metal construction

The service areas are based on the specificatione of terms in this notice form are also referred to as "lots" in the following.

The conclusion of the framework contracts for the provision of the services described in more detail in the service description (Annex 1 to the framework contract) takes place by means of a so-called "open house procedure" (More on this under Section VI.3 and in the cover letter, which can be accessed via the electronic address given under Section I.3).

The framework contract to be concluded includes those in the service description (Annex 1 to the framework income) in more detail for each contractor presentedprovided service areas for which the admission requirements have been proven with the admission application.

On the basis of the concluded framework agreement, individual orders can include all services or only parts of one or more service areas for which an ordermer was approved.

The open house procedure runs from publication until December 31, 2025 and can be extended twice by 1 year each. Applications for approval and thus also the conclusion of a framework agreement can take place throughout the duration of the open house procedure.
