• The subject of the framework contract is the implementation of structural tests according to DIN 1076 in accordance with the specifications of the service description.
  The structural tests include the following service area:
  Service area 01: Main, special and simple tests
  .
  The services can be used for the responsibilityareas of the following branch offices of the East branch:
  - Dresden
  - Erfurt
  - Magdeburg
  .
  The regional areas of responsibility are also referred to below as "lots" due to the specification of terminology in this announcement form.

  The conclusion of the framework contractsThe provision of the services described in more detail in the service descriptions (Appendices 1-3 to the framework agreement) is carried out by means of a so-called "open house procedure" (for more information see Section VI.3 and in the cover letter that the information under Section I.3 specified electronic addresscan be accessed).
  .
  The framework agreement to be concluded includes, for each contractor, the service areas set out in more detail in the service descriptions (Appendices 1-3 to the framework revenue) for which the admission requirements have been proven with the application for admission.

  On GruIndividual orders placed based on the concluded framework agreement can cover all services or only parts of a service area for which a contractor has been approved.

  The open house procedure runs from publication until December 31, 2025 and can be extended twice by 1 year...
