Description:
In the Buelowstr. 90 building in 10783 Berlin, extensive renovation and renovation work will be carried out from July 2024 to the end of 2026.
The house is part of the closed block edge development from apartment buildings along Buelowstrasse and was based on the basic type (front house - 2 side wings - cross building) in the
Construction of the Berlin apartment building around 1986/1897 built.
The building is not under monument protection and is a building in building class 5 in the sense of the Berlin building code.
All work takes place under an uninhabited state.
Type and scope of the services of the main work of this Notice:
- earthworks (DIN 18300)
Preliminary power for concrete and wall work, including the creation of strip foundation and construction pits
- Wall work (DIN 18330)
Around and new construction of wall constructions from bricks (KS and aerated concrete) including the creation of wall opening and its covering (Fall)
Constructions (reinforced concrete, brick attachment and hist. Steel stone ceilings).

Manufacture of sealing on the basement wall and floor/ceiling plate.
- Demolition work (DIN 18459)
Demolition/ recording of masonry, among other things, as preparation/ manufacture of supports.
