The building will be except onThe load-bearing structure was built back and constructive and static changes made. It remains with the original use. The construction site is located in the center of the city of Cologne, opposite the Finance and Administrative Court on Appellhofplatz in the city center - old town of North. The construction siteis located directly on the Tunisstrasse ("north-south trip"). However, the entrance takes place via the castle wall into Appellhofplatz. The inner-city location, on one of the main traffic arteries of the city of Cologne, must be taken into account with regard to arrival and departure, as well as parking facilities (seeTraffic concept of construction logistics and manual).
