Confocal laser scanning microscope system
A system is required For confocal laser scanning microscopy that allows image shots in both horizontal and vertical object orientation. The vertical Orientation option must allow lateral consideration of preparations (e.g. seedling root) in the state of natural gravistimulus (= upright sample orientation). In vertical sample orientation, plant roots or seedlings are primarily to be analyzed as 'whole mount' preparations. In Horizontal orientation should be done either afterwards/change or vertical analyzes recordings of leaf samples, cutting preparations, `Whole Mount' roots and hypocotylene, plant protoplasts and other samples.
