A contemporary, future -proof is planned And multifunctional buildings for childcare with a total of 86 care places, divided into U3 areas with 3 groups of 12 children and 2 mixed -age groups of 25 children. The present planning of the architect provides for a single -storey, non -basement building. One Economic construction as well as a contemporary standard of all technical systems as a low-tech concept with low operating and maintenance costs is planned. The heat generation should be carried out via a heat pump with PV support. The need for a ventilation system is within the framework of the to check planned low-tech approach.
