• ConneX The aim of this measure is to use outreach work to get in touch with these young people who are excluded or at risk of exclusion wherever they are and to provide them with care and support services to introduce social benefit systems. The offers of this measure are intended to initiate and accompany the first steps of the above-mentioned group of people towards individual and social stabilization and, in the long term, to pave the way for a school leaving certificate, pave the way for training or employment. This can be done, for example, by connecting to suitable offers of early career-oriented support, making use of basic security benefits, including the standard offers for activation and stabilization or, if necessary, the initiation of necessary therapeutic assistance. When linked to the SGB II legal framework, the individual job-related perspective is substantiated and developed within the framework of further offers. This measure is aimed at those potentially entitled to SGB II benefits (citizen's benefit, basic security for jobseekers) between the ages of 15 and 24 - regardless of whether they actually receive benefits.
