General renovation of the former botanical institute with the aim of using it as an office building. All construction work is tailored to this.
Breastfeeding work: Demolition work, concrete construction work and masonry work Rough quantities: - Abort: approx. 70m2 masonry, expansion approx. 850m2 floor coverings, approx. 80 core bore, 50 breakthroughs and 50m slots, 2 brick fireplaces storey - cross -masonry work: enlarge or newly create approx. 15 door openings,, approx. 35m2 masonry walls in the basement, 35m2 masonry wall in the attic and 20m2 other masonry supplements - concrete work: 12m strip foundation, 1 elevator shaft 15m height in a semi -finished construction (4 stations) including start -up and earthworks - steel construction work: 16m steel beams HEA 120/140 as ceiling grinding - carpenter work: 84m building construction in wall constructions
