Description of measures The KIT is planning the basic repair of the component 3101 Southwest wing on Campus Alpin, Kreuzeckbahnstrasse 19, Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The Building is gutted and renovated according to energetic and sustainable aspects. The use of the building is research/laboratories and administration offices. Base area of the renovation measure approx. 1,900 m2. Coarse quantities * in-roof PV system (photovoltaic modules including adaptation plates to roof windows, etc.)-450 m2 * Snow truck and snow cobbler * Inverter * Installation up to the handover point electro * fall protection * Spengler Connections to PV and metal roof covering on roof surfaces (Ges. 520 m2) - 135 LFM * drainage system with an internal roof channel and fall tubes * Attica connection Connection construction - 13 LFM
