General description of the construction work: The district of Schleswig-Flensburg is the client for a three-storey administration building with underground car park at Wassermuehlenstrasse 43 in Kappeln. Base area: 2,053 m2 of net space (NRF): 2,637 m2 floor space (size): 668 m2 floor space underground car park: 1,136 m2The property is opened up via a stitch road from Wassermuehlenstrasse. The stitch road will be produced in autumn 2024. For the construction period, a construction site access is therefore made on the northern edge of the property. With the necessary embankment angles of the excavation pit and the areaThe underground car park will be necessary to produce the underground car park in two construction phases and to place the crane in the elevator shaft. Construction: The building is created as a reinforced concrete skeleton building. Strip foundations, reinforced concrete outer walls of the underground car park and the cantilevered reinforced concrete ceilingare manufactured in location concrete. The underground car park is paved. The concrete bag requires the execution as a Ue2 construction site. The rising floors EG and OG are produced with female reinforced concrete, system bars made of steel and clamping concrete hole torn ceilings. The outer walls are non -supporting andare made from wooden frame construction - finished walls. The relay floor and the roofing ceiling are therefore built as a wooden structure. The soil conditions require a landing drainage in the construction phase and the permanent operation.
