- There are around 220 waiting halls in the Remscheid city area. These will be owned by Stadtwerke Remscheid until the start of the contract. The waiting halls are currently being maintained on their own.
The contractor is responsible for the operation of the inventory halls from the start of the contract. This includes Also the remedy of critical damage to the existingkeeping halls. Beauty repairs are not intended on the existing dreams.
No advertising media are integrated in the existing accounting halls, as these will be dismantled by the previous service provider by the end of 2025. The possibility of operation of Advertising media only exists after the new waiting hall has been set up.
The contractor is obliged to build new waiting halls by December 31, 2026 at the latest at all locations and to operate for the contract term.
