The city of Seelze intends to award the allocation of a construction and service concession on the planning, construction and operation of a four-group daycare center to a recognized free carrier, or also to a "consortium" (applicant community or post-worker relationship)Investor (planning and construction) and free carrier (company). The daycare center is to be built in the Kirchwehren district, Am Anger.
