Description:
The underground car park, which was produced in town concrete, was built in 1981-82
and is located in a central location of Sindelfingen directly below the market square, which in the
east through the Boeblinger Str. / Ziegelstr. / Rathausplatz and in the west through the Planiestr. limited
. TheBuilding provides a total of approximately 415 parking spaces on three convertible shelter and borders directly on three other underground garages under the Kreissparkasse, the
town hall or the city library. The underground car park, which extends from west to east, has a total length of round170 m. The width is approx. 30 m. From this axis 26
the building bends off clockwise at an angle of 30 . The floor plan extends to a width of approx. 39 m. The structure is approx. 10 m high (including foundation) and
binds at the lowest point approx.7 m deep into the groundwater. The long -stretched floor plan is surrounded by an overlapped bore pile wall and captures about an area of approx.
4,700 m2 (including adjoining rooms), whereby the floor surfaces are equipped with a longitudinal gap of up to approx. 6 %. In the area of the axesIn contrast, the longitudinal gap is 1 to 4 and 24 to 30
a maximum of 1 %. The development takes place at the western end via a spindle-shaped ramp with
