Description:
The underground car park, which was produced in town concrete, was built in the lid construction in 1981-82 and has three floors.
As part of the renovation work on the underground car park, almost all fire protection elements, including fire protection doors and gates, were except for a few Exceptions disassembled.
In the course of the restoration, all of these components must now be replaced with new ones.
Fire protection doors and goals, as well as smoke aprons in different dimensions and versions are used, which meet the current requirements for structural fire protection. The elements are installed in masonry or reinforced concrete walls. A staircase of the underground car park must be equipped with barrier -free entrances.
When installing, it must be paid to the construction process, since some doors can only work after the coating and flooring work has been completed.
To ensure Operating safety and functionality are also planned for annual inspection and maintenance measures for all elements.
The measure is implemented in two construction phases.
Fire protection doors: approx. 65 pieces,
Smoke aprons: 6 pieces,
Fire protection gates: 6 pieces.
