This announcement serves as market research within the meaning of Section 2 EU Paragraph 7 VOB/A: Before initiating a procurement procedure, the public contracting authority can therefore carry out market consultations to prepare the award of the contract and to inform the entrepreneurs about its plans to award the contract andcarry out the requirements of the order.
The city of Neustadt bei Coburg has started building a daycare center with a private company. Unfortunately, the current builder is now in insolvency proceedings and cannot continue construction.
The city of Neustadt bei Cobburg is therefore looking for a partner to continue the construction of the daycare center for the city of Neustadt near Coburg. The current state of construction is a completed shell with expansion underway.
The conditions of such a partnership should be negotiated together upon expression of interest.
