The district administration of Mayen-Koblenz (KV), the municipality of Pellenz (VG) and the local municipality of Kretz (OG) together plan the construction of a new civil protection center, a fire station and a building yard in Kretz, using possible synergies.
The construction of the building complex is on thecurrent sports field of the Kretz local community. The clients would like to implement the building as quickly as possible with the joint use of the appropriate premises. A need determination with the individual participating KV, VG and OG and with the users of the system (theThe fire brigade and disaster protection as well as the workers of the building yard) are carried out and recorded in a need matrix.
