• Description:
• 1. Delivery and installation of the building automation for the school building part of the high school building, component 4 2. The project includes an automation focus and four floor distributors. The ASP is used to connect the system technology for heating, cooling and ventilation. The Ventilation systems are intended as decentralized systems and are integrated into building automation a communication interface integrated. 3. The floor distributors are divided into the respective floors and implement room automation. The Room control devices are connected via Modbus and the fieldbus modules for the underfloor heating are integrated via KNX. Additional sensors and actuators such as volume flow controllers are connected to the floor distributors via hardware. 4. Room automation ensures for needs-based ventilation and heating control. 5. A fire damper system is provided to meet fire protection requirements. The fire dampers are connected via I/O modules and integrated into the system. The BSK system communicates with the building automation via a suitable BACnet interface. 6. The entire building automation system is connected to an existing MBE system (DEOS) and no new control technology is set up.
