Description:
The municipality of Oberstreu plans to cultivate a after -school care center with a children's bistro and the expansion of the creche places at the existing kindergarten in Oberstreu. ● With the exception of the direct connection of the expansion, the measures in the stock are to be limited to conversion and renovation measures indoors,, including the exchange of coverings and cladding (floor / wall / ceiling). ● The estimated construction costs (KG 300 - 600) are currently assumed after a first rough cost determination at around € 1.38 million gross. ● It is a funded measure.
