- The Economic and Building Society Stormarn mbH (WAS) has been dedicated to the development of commercial space in the Stormarn district for almost 70 years and thus significantly supports economic growth in the district. The orientation towards a broader economic development was together with the three Shareholders (Stormarn district, Sparkasse Holstein and IB-SH) initiated a few years ago and in this context the construction and above all the operation of a previously unable to be founder and innovation center in Stormarn were considered. This project is now to be in the industrial area of Ahrensburg (Beioor Sued) Appendix 1.5 are implemented. A property was selected, which belongs and is sufficiently large (7,450m2) Appendix 1.6 for a future expansion. The property is located in the middle of the new industrial area in Beioor Sued and is with a bus stop Well connected to the public transport right in front of the area.
