Description:
Power scope: The quantities listed in the list of services are estimated values, based on experience of the past three years and taking into account upcoming new construction, renovation and demolition measures. For the advertised term of three years, fromassumed the following need: - approx. 40 bridge tests with an expected blocking period of 34 layers of use - approx. 4 new construction, renovation or demolition measures with an estimated blocking time requirement of 35 layers The required services are used if necessarySingle calls commissioned directly. After placing the order, the service provision must be started within three calendar days, provided that project -specific requirements (e.g. blocking times in accordance with operation) must not be necessary later. The client reserves the right tofrom the framework agreement in justified cases to be awarded otherwise (e.g. in connection with funding projects). There is no entitlement to calling up services - and therefore on remuneration. An agreement for minimum or maximum cable quantities is notmet. Duration: The contract term is three years. A one -time extension of 12 months is possible. This must be concluded up to three months before the end of the contract. An automatic extension does not take place. From the AG's point of view, a contract extension is particularly important,If a large number of planned measures from the three-year term shift into the following year.Bahn
