• Description:
• Two separate new buildings are to be built at Haroldstrasse 5 in 40213 Düsseldorf. The aim is to create an administrative center for the state government of North Rhine-Westphalia (hereinafter: "State of NRW") and an office building for NRW.BANK. The two projects are being implemented as part of a cooperation between FM NRW, BLB NRW and NRW.BANK. According to the current status, it is assumed that both construction projects will be constructed in parallel as far as possible. The property at Haroldstrasse 5 has already been divided into two sub-areas and BLB NRW has sold a sub-area to NRW.BANK (in future this will have the address Kavalleriestrasse 1). NRW.BANK is implementing the new building to be built on its own site Responsibility. The subject of this procedure is (1) the realization of the new construction of an administrative center for the state of North Rhine-Westphalia (Project H5) to accommodate the Ministry of Finance of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia and others, at the time of Tender for organizational units of the state administration that have not yet been finalized.
