Description:
The insurance contract for combined construction insurance, advertised in LOC 1, includes the construction service, construction managers, operating, environmental liability and environmental damage insurance as well as planning liability insurance. Are considered co -insured - the property owners and/or builders as well as all investment companies in the function as a party involved in the project and by business contract, third parties in the function as a building owner representative; - All planners and special specialists involved in the insured construction project, especially architects, planning rings, engineers, Project manager, developer, controller, taxer, so -the construction manager, security coordinator, expert, bimman, BIM coordinators or other special specialists. - All main, side, side and subcontractors commissioned to carry out the work for the insured construction project, including Working groups. The advertised services result in detail from the service description. 1. The sum insured in the construction insurance corresponds to the final building sum according to DIN 276 kg 200-700. The preliminary sum insured is EUR 76 million (gross). 2. For things In the danger area, there is a reduction of EUR 2.5 million. 3. The coverage amount in the building owner, operating, environmental liability and environmental damage insurance as well as for personal injury due to planning errors is EUR 15 million for personal, property and financial damage, 3-fold maximized over the contract term. 4.
