- This tender contains the delivery and assembly of the EMSR technology within the preliminary clarification basin and in the swimming mud shaft. The entire machine technology must be equipped with the necessary EMSR. The new preliminary clarification basin 1 is in the new PCS7 of the Dortmund Deusen sewage treatment plant after to integrate current version. The automation components are provided by the Emscher cooperative. The automation components on the preliminary explanation basin (Raumerbruecke) takes place by the Raumer manufacturer and is not taken into account in this tender. The newly installed fire alarm system is also integrated to the PCS7 system of preliminary clarification 1
