Description:
As part of the "Nordbahn" construction program, the construction of a new "Nord-West" apron station is planned. The secure power supply and the control of the lighting systems are housed in the building.

The tender includes the building construction services for the "Nord-West" station, which consists of a solid construction building with load-bearing reinforced concrete walls and prefabricated ceilings. Due to the high installation density, non-load-bearing walls made of reinforced concrete are also planned. The foundation takes place via a solid base plate as a waterproof construction. The building has a rectangular floor plan with dimensions of 22.18 m x 16.29 m and is approximately 52.109 m above sea level.
The reinforced concrete walls are designed as a hollow wall construction (triple wall) with a load-bearing in-situ concrete core. The exterior components in the basement area will be executed as a waterproof construction with a thickness of 30 cm. Crack formation is limited to 0.2 mm. For this purpose, injection hoses and joint plates are provided in wall/floor slab areas.
The tender includes the civil engineering services for the "Nord-West" station. This includes earthworks, Drainage pipes and the production of empty pipe routes as well as the construction of concrete shaft structures. For functional connection, a connection is created between the shaft structures and the building.
