• The subject of the tender is the construction project control services for the extension (+ parking garage) of the Bildungshaus of the Main-Kinzig-Akademie fuer Health and Nursing gGmbH (MKA). There is a feasibility and volume study from July 2024 for the project. The project funds were on the part of theDistrict committee as well as the district council of the Main-Kinzig-Kreis approved a total of 22 million. The client, the Main-Kinzig-Kreis, is the owner of the property at Frankfurter Strasse 30 in Gelnhausen, which is currently built on with a building that is used as an educational center.This is operated by the Main-Kinzig Academy for Health and Care gGmbH (MKA), which is a 100 % daughter of the AG. The MKA as a user is the main contact for the AN, but the client is the Main-Kinzig-Kreis. We are looking for an office for construction project control,The typical PS services from levels 1 to 5 based on AHO, Issue No. 9 should provide and - in addition to this - planning services of the performance phases 6-7 in accordance with HOAI for the performance forms according to §§ 34 ff.
