General construction description The construction project only includes the middle part of the building, which is a “longitudinal building”. is referred to. The longitudinal building connects the part of the town hall adjacent to the main street with the building authority wing at the rear. The parts of the building affected by the construction work are located at the rear of the property. Access is from the south via Pucher Straße / Hauptstraße. Town hall operations will continue as normal during renovation work, so maximum consideration must be given to ongoing operations. As part of the planned measure, the outer shell of the longitudinal building is to be upgraded and improved in terms of energy, the Efficiency Building 55 efficiency standard is aimed for. In addition to upgrading the offices in the attic, the sanitary facilities in the adjacent building authority wing are to be renewed and a barrier-free toilet is to be added. As part of the measure, the town hall is to be equipped with a PV system in order to further improve the energy efficiency of the building and the CO2 balance.
