Description: The city of Nuremberg plans with the construction project Opera House the renovation, possibly the conversion and expansion of the opera house at the Richard-Wagner Square. The subject of the measure may also be (partial) cancellations of buildings. The opera house, which is under listing, was built in 1905 and has since been rebuilt several times (1935, 1948, 1998). It is assumed that considerable interventions in the building fabric, the structure and the foundation (eg for the installation of a side stage or for the expansion of the Untermaschinery) as well as in the existing technology (heating network, ventilation and air conditioning systems, drinking and drinking and Washing net) are required.
The subject of the benefits for project management is the performance image according to. AHO issue No. 9 § 2 (step contract, stages I-V, action areas a-e) for the construction project opera house and optional for an interim system of the opera during the renovation phase.
