General contractor services Construction of refugee accommodation based on the Herbolzheim model 1. Subject of the tender The municipality of Teningen, in cooperation with the Emmendingen district, intends to award general contractor services for the Construction of refugee accommodation based on the Herbolzheim model at the Teningen location. The building will be rented by the district for a period of 20 years and will then be freely available to the community. 2. Procedure The selection of applicants, who are asked to submit an offer takes place in a multi-stage process in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Ordinance (VGV). As part of the participation competition, the suitability of the applicants is first checked (§§ 42 ff. VGV). Then be suitable applicants are selected in accordance with the selection criteria set out below. 3. Aim of the tender The aim is to select an experienced general contractor who is able to: • a permanently usable, long-lasting and economical operating building build, • a robust construction (solid construction or equivalently durable - not a pure one wooden construction) to ensure • Use materials that ensure low maintenance costs and a long service life, • one to implement energy-efficient, low-maintenance construction and • to ensure turnkey, high-quality implementation while adhering to cost and deadline specifications.
