Description:
The subject of this procurement procedure is the provision of construction and services (planning services) as well as leasing. The construction services (in steel container construction) are the focus of the service provision. The rental property is built according to the client's specifications. The client is developing a full-day extension, the renovation and conversion of the existing buildings as well as the expansion of the existing building through extensions and open space design on the entire area of the School at Warteberg (SAW). To maintain school operations and ensure the Due to the legal right to full-day care from the 2026/27 school year and according to the client, the additional space required for the full-day expansion and the basic program space requirement during the construction period will be solved through an interim building.
