Description:
The Main-Kinzig-Kreis (MKK, represented by the hazard defense center, Barbarossastrasse 16-24, in 63571 Gelnhausen), intends a emergency station in the municipality of Mottgers to have the population in the Eastern district in the Eastern district.
For this stands one Buildable property on the still to be combined hallpieces 70 and 70/1 (hall 15) on Landesstrasse 2304. The building plot has a total size of around 1500 square meters.
The construction of a single -storey building as a rescue station with 2 parking spaces for Ambulance (RTW). In addition to the functional rooms for disinfection and hygiene, the office and lounge areas as well as relaxation rooms for six people must be planned. The operation of the rescue station is planned 24/7/365. The spatial requirements that result from DIN 13049 for rescue guards are in to take into account the planning and coordinate with the client.
At least 6 car parking spaces for the emergency service staff must be demonstrated in the external and open space planning.
In addition to the applicable building law requirements, the workplace regulations are already in the building design phase to take into account and, if necessary, clarify with the responsible bodies.
